The BERLIN hotel mattress offers outstanding resting comfort, as well as special climate properties, making it ideal for the most exacting hotel requirements. The high-quality barrel pocket spring core mattress is designed with a point-elastic Gel-active® wave cut pad that moulds to the contour of the body and promotes excellent air flow in the mattress. Air flow is also greatly assisted by the mattress side panels, which consist of a special climate band. The integrated topper is inside a separate casing and can be removed to be washed.

This high-quality barrel pocket spring core mattress with 7 comfort zones offers very good air circulation for a pleasant sleeping environment. The core surface is fitted with our patented Rhom¬bo-therm® pad on both sides to ensure optimum moulding to the contour of the body. In addition, the fine edge casing, made from double layer Tencel® fabric, ensures the body sinks in gently.

The PREMIUM Hospitality KS mattress is a high-quality, 7-zone comfort foam mattress with outstanding resting qualities and provides optimum support for the spine. The double-sided, patented, cold foam Rhombo-therm® pad ensures point elasticity to mould to the contour of the body. Thanks to the special ventilation channels, this mattress provides very good moisture wicking, thus ensuring a healthy and dry sleeping environment. The mattress casing is made with a 4-sided zip. The casing is detachable, so the top and underside can also be washed separately.

Our toppers and top layers
We offer a variety of different toppers to finish off and complement high-quality box-spring beds. The combination of a supportive mattress with a snug topper made from cold foam, memory foam or gel foam provides optimum resting qualities for a restful sleep. For the hotel industry, handling toppers is a definite bonus. It is significantly easier, quicker and therefore more efficient to change the sheets on a topper than on a whole mattress. Not only does this save time and money, but it also takes the weight off hotel personnel. In addition, a topper also improves sleeping comfort and hotel guest satisfaction – what more could you want?

This PREMIUM mattress pad is a reversible topper, so that guests can opt to sleep in heavenly softness or with soft support – according to their individual preference.
The two-layer core structure makes this possible. Its secret is the combination of viscoelastic foam on one side, which gives a heavenly, soft sensation when resting, and quality cold foam on the other, which offers softness with higher elasticity.
The topper’s casing is soft and quilted and consists of a very elastic double-layer fabric. It also has a climate band around the side to support air flow in the topper.

The Basic topper provides increased resting comfort and adjusts well to the body. The core material of the topper is made from comfort foam, characterised by good breathability and ventilation.
The topper’s microfibre casing is lightly quilted and each corner is fitted with a rubber strap to secure the topper on the mattress.

Filling: High-quality brand filling Briwafill®, 100 % polyester
The hollow, spiral crimped fibres of the Briwafill® filling are siliconised and woven together into a du-rable fabric. On the one hand, this achieves a high bulk which ensures good thermal insulation. On the other, siliconisation prevents the fibres from clumping together after washing, thus ensuring durable sleeping comfort properties for the duvet.
Casing: Special, robust blended fabric, 65 % polyester/35 % cotton
The soft, visually attractive fabric is very hard-wearing, easy to care for and durable. It is even suitable for the demanding standards of laundering in an industrial laundry.

The quilting of a mattress topper ensures that the filling material does not slip and thus an even heat supply and pressure distribution is achieved over the entire surface.

The filling, made from down and Rhombo-fe®, gives the sensation of sleeping on a cloud and offers your guests outstanding comfort. The two-layer structure and the foam-feather combination in the bottom layer has a soft yet supportive effect.

Our new filling is surrounded by tried-and-tested cotton fabric. We use long staple mako cotton to ob¬tain a very hard-wearing material that nonetheless offers a fine, smooth surface.

Developing mattresses for use in hospitals and nursing beds is a particular challenge. Brinkhaus displays innovative sleeping culture in this sector, too, as it has created a special range for HOSPITAL mattresses.
The mattress cores of BRINKHAUS HOSPITAL MATTRESSES are characterised by their consistent and progressive core structure that tangibly improves pressure distribution resting properties, thus increasing resting comfort.
In addition, the mattress covers are easily handled, designed with hygiene in mind and can all be washed at up to 95 °C.

Cold foam-visco mattress

The PREMIUM Hospital KS+VISCO mattress consist of a very elastic base layer made from cold foam and a top layer made of elastic visco foam with integrated edge reinforcement.
The specific composition of the visco foam means that the material yields even to slight pressure, so the sleeper’s body can sink gently into the mattress. This forms a depression that perfectly moulds the con¬tour of the sleeper’s body. This increases the contact area, thus ensuring excellent pressure distribution and long-lasting relief on the joints and spine. This means that the whole body is wonderfully cared for and can recover from the strains of the day.

Viscoelastic mattresses are made of specialized PUR foam and have "tear elasticity". As a result, the body sinks comfortably into the mattress. The mattress is very well characterized by a pressure-distributing effect.

The CLASSIC Hospital KS mattress consists of a very elastic base layer made from cold foam, surround¬ed on both sides by a polyurethane pad with integrated diagonal wave cut.
The special profile cut on the underside of the pads promotes the flow of air and reduces the build-up of moisture. This helps avoid skin irritations and reduces shear forces. The very elastic material lets the body sink in softly and ensures good pressure distribution and excellent resting comfort. The three-layer structure means that either side of the mattress can be used.

PU foam mattresses are generally very robust and durable. One criterion for assessing quality is often the volume weight (RG). Basically, the higher the volume weight, the more durable and high-quality the PU foam used.

Rhombo-therm® is a material made from 100 % polyurethane that balances out temperature and moisture. The patented punching technology ensures unique point elasticity with high restoring force, a gentle, moulding accommodation of the body contour, a generous throughflow of air and excellent durability.
The patented Rhombo-therm® top layer is integrated in selected BRINKHAUS mattresses and toppers; it gently accommodates the body contour and ensures optimum pressure distribution, thus contributing significantly to a relaxing sleep.
